HOME DELIVERED MEALS
The Fairfax Area Meals on Wheels Program provides meals to older adults who live in Fairfax County and the cities of Falls Church and Fairfax. Meals on Wheels are delivered weekly. Two nutritious meals are provided for each weekday and one for the weekend (11 meals total per week). All meals are heart healthy and meet State standards for nutrition. Vegetarian meals are available upon request. These meals include soy-based proteins and may include fish and eggs in the menu.
